
Carole Al sharabati
Carole is a researcher and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in consulting, technology, research, teaching, and management. She has worked across academia, industry, and government, specializing in digital transformation.
As Research Director at Siren Associates, partner at Siren Analytics and co-founder of CME, she has led projects with major stakeholders, including the World Bank, UK government, EU, and UNDP.
Her leadership has shaped governance, public sector innovation, and security sector reform. She played a key role in Lebanon first e-governance platform, IMPACT, led World Bank social protection digital transformation project, and supported security agencies in the MENA.
Carole holds a PhD in International Relations and Applied Mathematical Methodology from Claremont Graduate University and is a Professor of Political Science at Saint Joseph University.
