Christelle Salame is a managing partner at Artefact, a global consulting company focused on accelerating the adoption and generating value from data and AI. Christelle specializes in large-scale data, AI and digital transformation programs to drive tangible business results across different sectors. In particular, she is the global lead for the Real Estate and Smart Cities industry at Artefact.

Christelle has more than 14 years of consulting experience, with previous experience in Strategy& (previously Booz & Company). She has worked with government entities, real estate groups, telecom operators, media companies and tourism organizations across MENA and Southeast Asia. Her projects include pioneering transformation programs for large groups in the MENA region, leading the implementation of AI labs and data governance programs, supporting investment attraction initiatives through advanced analytics and others.

Christelle graduated from INSEAD with an MBA and from ESIB - USJ with a Bachelor of Engineering in telecommunication and networking.
