
Rayan Mina
Rayan Mina holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Lebanese University and a Ph.D. in Microelectronics from Télécom Paris. He is currently an Associate Professor at Ecole Supérieure d’Ingénieurs de Beyrouth, which he joined in 2017. His primary research focuses on AI–driven design of analog integrated circuits.
Prior to 2017, Dr. Mina held several industry roles:
From 2012 to 2014, he served as a technical consultant to Abu Dhabi Police on defense projects related to radio Jamming and Interception.
From 2008 to 2012, he was a Senior R&D engineer at ST-Ericsson France, developing CMOS radio receivers for 4G smartphones. He was awarded a patent in 2011 for his work on radio interference and received Novelty of the Year Award at the renowned ISSCC conference in 2008.
In 2007, he designed and tested the first IC in 45nm technology at STMicroelectronics, which was highlighted in a company press release.
